By registering to the EFA 2017 Annual Meeting, all participants agree that neither the EFA organization, nor the University of Mannheim shall be responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are requested to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
 
Please note that the organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.

All services are booked on the condition that the organizers shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, any and all liability in respect of any damage, injury or accident for participants and participants' luggage. The organizers cannot assume liability for changes in the program due to external circumstances.
